为适应国家和西南地区航空航天事业的发展需求,重庆大学以力学学科为基础,于20131226日成立重庆大学航空航天学院。学院现有教职工93人,其中专任教师66人,包括教授24人、副教授37人,教师获得“国家海外高层次人才”“万人计划科技创新领军人才”“长江学者”讲席教授及青年学者、“海外优青”等国家和省部级人才计划及奖励60余人次。

    科研平台

    拥有深空探测省部共建协同创新中心、非均质材料力学重庆市重点实验室、重庆大学—新西伯利亚国立大学联合基础研究中心(力学)、低空智能管控技术与应用重庆市重点实验室、力学博士后流动站等,已建成中国商飞-重庆大学大飞机研究院、高超动力研究中心等与学科发展相匹配的科研平台。

    科研成果

    近年来,学院先后承担国家自然科学基金重大仪器项目2项、重点项目4项、联合重点项目3项、重大仪器研制部门推荐项目课题1项、科技部重点研发计划及两机专项课题3项、工信部高技术船舶项目1项等国家级重大科研任务,近五年获省部级科技奖励十余项。

    学院立足服务国家重大战略需求和社会经济发展,紧密结合国家中长期科技发展战略和航空航天领域重大需求,面向全球科技变革前沿方向,坚持“强化交叉、突出特色、追求卓越”的发展思路,聚焦:极端环境下的材料力学行为复杂系统力学仿真、复杂结构波动力学理论与无损检测、航空航天先进复合材料、高超动力、低空先进飞行器设计等特色重点方向开展科学研究和产业转化,着力建设具有鲜明特色和重要影响力的学科体系,着力培养具有国际视野宽阔、创新思维突出、工程实践能力扎实的高层次人才,努力为我国推动航空航天科技进步、低空经济产业发展以及区域经济高质量发展作出更大贡献。

     

     

To meet the development needs of the aerospace industry in the country and Southwest China, Chongqing University established the College of Aerospace Engineering on December 26, 2013, based on the discipline of mechanics. The College currently has 93 faculty and staff members, including 66 full-time teachers, comprising 24 professors and 37 associate professors. Faculty members have received more than 60 national and provincial/ministerial talent program honors and awards, including the National High-Level Overseas Talents, the Leading Talents of the "Ten Thousand Talents Program" in Scientific and Technological Innovation, Changjiang Scholars Program Chair Professors and Young Scholars, and the Excellent Young Scientists Fund (Overseas) Talents.

Undergraduate Programs (2): Engineering Mechanics and Aerospace Engineering (both selected as National First-Class Undergraduate Program Construction Sites); an undergraduate micro-major in Low-Altitude Technology and Engineering was launched in 2026.

Research Platforms

The College houses the Collaborative Innovation Center for Deep Space Exploration Co-constructed by Province and Ministry, the Chongqing Key Laboratory of Heterogeneous Material Mechanics, the Chongqing University–Novosibirsk State University Joint Fundamental Research Center (Mechanics), the Chongqing Key Laboratory of Low-Altitude Intelligent Management and Control Technology and Applications, and a postdoctoral research station in Mechanics. It has also established research platforms align with the development of the disciplines, such as the COMAC–Chongqing University Large Aircraft Research Institute and the Hypersonic Propulsion Research Center.

Research Achievements

In recent years, the College has undertaken major national-level scientific research projects, including 2 National Major Research Instrument of NSFC, 4 State Key Programs of NSFC, and 3 Joint Key Programs of NSFC, 1 sub-project of Major Research Instrument (department-recommended) of NSFC, 3 National Key R&D Programs and the National Science and Technology Major Project for Aero-Engines and Gas Turbines, and 1 high-tech ship project of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Over the past five years, it has received more than ten provincial/ministerial-level science and technology awards.

Future Development Orientation

Grounded in serving major national strategic needs and socio-economic development, closely aligned with the national medium- and long-term science and technology development strategy and the major needs of the aerospace sector, and targeting the forefront of global technological transformation, the College adheres to the development philosophy of "strengthening interdisciplinary integration, highlighting distinctive features, and pursuing excellence." It focuses on distinctive and key areas such as mechanical behavior of materials under extreme environments, mechanical simulation of complex systems, wave dynamics theory and nondestructive testing of complex structures, advanced aerospace composite materials, hypersonic propulsion, and advanced low-altitude aircraft design, conducting scientific research and industrial transformation.
